U Time is a coaching and development practice that supports individuals, leaders, and organizations navigating transitions by uniquely integrating mind and body to foster clarity and grounded growth. Founded by Eva de Kroon-van der Randen, this non-clinical, human-centered approach views thoughts, emotions, and physical awareness as interconnected parts of a single experience.
U Time exists to create spaces where people can pause, reflect and reconnect with themselves. We support individuals and teams in developing clarity, resilience and conscious leadership, and we integrate thinking, emotion and the body in a grounded and accessible way. Our mission is to offer high‑quality coaching and development work rooted in professionalism, presence and humanity, and to contribute to healthier and more connected workplaces and communities.

We believe that meaningful change happens when people feel safe, seen and connected - with themselves and with others. Our vision is a world where leaders, teams and communities act from awareness rather than reactivity, and where personal development is approached with depth, integrity and embodied presence. U Time is evolving into a collaborative ecosystem: a place where coaches, facilitators and organisations work together to support human development in a grounded, relational and future‑oriented way.

Presence is at the heart of everything we do. We slow down, listen deeply and work with what is happening in the here‑and‑now. Clarity guides our work; we help people understand their patterns, choices and direction. Humanity shapes our relationships; we meet people with warmth, respect and genuine curiosity. Embodiment is woven through our approach; we integrate the body as a source of awareness, grounding and choice. Professionalism anchors our practice; we work ethically, transparently and within clear boundaries. Collaboration is our way forward; we believe growth happens in relationship - with ourselves, with others and within systems.

U Time combines complementary approaches to create a grounded, reflective, and accessible methodology. It utilizes Transactional Analysis to understand communication and behavioral patterns, systemic perspectives to view individuals within their wider organizational and cultural contexts, and embodied practice to support self-regulation through movement and posture. While staying true to these relational and physical foundations, U Time easily aligns with various recognized leadership and organizational development models. This allows for seamless integration into diverse professional environments, enabling effective work across personal, interpersonal, and organizational layers in a warm, human way.

Our way of working is relational, reflective and present‑centred. We focus on what is happening in the moment, explore patterns with curiosity and support people in finding regulation and choice. We integrate systemic, psychological and embodied perspectives in a way that is accessible and respectful of each person’s rhythm, pace and goals. We collaborate with licensed professionals when specialised support is needed and follow the professional standards and ethical guidelines of EMCC and EATA. Our work takes place within a non‑clinical coaching context, in grounded collaboration. We do not diagnose, interpret or correct; instead, we cocreate meaning and movement with the people we work with.

UTime is growing into a wider ecosystem. We are developing community circles, reflective groups and embodied learning experiences, and weare building partnerships with organisations and practitioners who share our values. Our future includes collaboration with coaches, consultants and facilitators from different backgrounds, creating a diverse and grounded community of practice. UTime is more than a coaching practice. It is a developing field of awareness, presence and conscious leadership.

You are welcome, with everything you bring.
