Professional Identity
All coaching, counselling and retreat services are provided by Eva de Kroon‑van der Randen, Registered NOBCO Coach under registration Number: 90205.

1. Definitions
“U Time” refers to Encontros Calorosos LDA. “Client” refers to any individual or organisation engaging U Time for coaching, counselling, retreats, workshops or related services. “Coachee” refers to the individual receiving coaching or counselling. “Agreement” refers to the contract between U Time and the Client.

2. Ethical Framework
U Time operates in accordance with:
• The International Code of Ethics (Global Code of Ethics) – EMCC/NOBCO
• The EATA Code of Ethics
• The NOBCO Complaints Regulations. These codes form the ethical foundation for all coaching, counselling, retreats and organisational work.

3. Applicability
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, quotations, agreements and services provided by U Time.

4. Services
U Time provides coaching, counselling, organisational coaching, workshops, retreats and related services. The scope of services is defined in the Agreement or confirmed in writing.

5. Client Responsibilities
The Client ensures that all information provided is accurate and complete. The Client is responsible for attending scheduled sessions and notifying U Time of changes.

6. Fees and Payment
Fees are communicated in advance. Payment is due upon invoice unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur administrative fees.

7. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Sessions may be rescheduled up to 48 hours in advance. Cancellations within 48 hours are charged in full. Retreats and workshops may have separate cancellation terms.

8. Confidentiality
U Time maintains strict confidentiality in accordance with GDPR, the Global Code of Ethics and the EATA Code of Ethics. Information is only shared with third parties when legally required or with explicit consent.

9. Liability
U Time is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. U Time is not responsible for outcomes of coaching or counselling, as these depend on the Client’s engagement and personal process.

10. Complaints
Concerns about professional conduct may be addressed directly with U Time. Clients may also use the official NOBCO Complaints Procedure for independent review.

11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Portuguese law.
