Organisational Coaching

Supporting teams and organisations in moments where clarity, connection and alignment matter.

Organisations are living systems. They breathe, shift and respond to pressure, just like the people within them. When collaboration becomes difficult, when communication breaks down, or when teams are navigating change, what is needed is not more speed, but more clarity, presence and grounded leadership.

U Time supports organisations in creating the conditions where people can work together with more honesty, resilience and purpose. Our approach is systemic, relational and embodied, helping teams see what is happening beneath the surface so they can move forward with more integrity and alignment.

How we work with organisations

Our work begins with listening - to the people, the system and the patterns that shape the current situation. We look at what is visible and what is unspoken, what is working and what is stuck, and what the organisation is trying to move towards.

We bring a combination of systemic awareness, relational clarity and embodied presence. This means we pay attention not only to structures and processes, but also to the emotional and relational dynamics that influence collaboration. We help teams slow down enough to see what is really happening, so they can make choices that are grounded rather than reactive.

Our approach is nonclinical, presentcentred and always tailored to the specific context. We work in partnership with leaders, teams and stakeholders, creating a space where complexity can be held without losing direction.

Typical themes we support

Organisational coaching is especially valuable when teams or systems are navigating:

- Collaboration challenges or relational tension
- Leadership transitions or restructuring
- Intercultural communication across countries or departments
- Highpressure environments where emotions run deep
- Loss, illness or difficult events affecting the team-
- Unclear roles, boundaries or expectations
- Patterns that repeat without resolution
- A desire to work with more integrity, humanity and alignment

These moments require more than tools or quick fixes. They require presence, clarity and the ability to work with what is happening beneath the surface.

What our work can look like

Depending on the needs of the organisation, our work may include:

- Systemic team coaching
- Leadership circles or reflective spaces
- Embodied awareness sessions to support grounding and regulation
- Relational mapping and pattern recognition
- Facilitation of difficult conversations
- Support during transitions, conflict or emotionally charged periods
- Strengthening boundaries, roles and collaboration
- Creating clarity around purpose, expectations and direction

Every process is co-created with the organisation. We move at a pace that supports depth, safety and sustainable change.

Why embodied and systemic work matters in organisations

Teams often try to solve problems cognitively, while the real dynamics live in the body of the system: in tension, silence, speed, avoidance, overresponsibility or collapse. These patterns are not personal failures - they are expressions of the system trying to cope.

By integrating embodied awareness and systemic perspectives, teams can:

- Recognise what is happening beneath the surface
- Understand the emotional and relational undercurrents
- Regulate pressure and respond with more clarity
- Strengthen trust and psychological safety
- Create movement where things were stuck
- Reconnect with purpose and direction

This is not therapy and not performance coaching. It is grounded, relational work that supports healthier and more conscious collaboration.

Who we work with

U Time supports organisations across sectors, including corporate environments, healthcare, education, hospitality and social domains. We work with leadership teams, crossfunctional groups, boards, project teams and organisations navigating complex transitions.

Many of our clients operate internationally or across cultures. We bring sensitivity to language, communication styles and cultural expectations, helping teams work together with more understanding and alignment.

Collaboration & Partnerships

Good organisational work is rarely done alone. When a process calls for it, U Time collaborates with trusted colleagues and partner organisations whose expertise complements our own. This may include cofacilitation, systemic constellations, leadership specialists or consultants with specific organisational knowledge.

These collaborations are always grounded in shared values: clarity, humanity, integrity and a commitment to serving the system as a whole.
