How the programme works
This is a cocreated, present-centred coaching process that unfolds over 3 or 6 months. We work with your story, your emotions, your relationships and your body - because all of these hold information about what you need.
Everything is paced around your nervous system, your life, and your capacity:
* 1 to 1 sessions every two weeks (60–75 minutes)
* Embodied awareness practices tailored to your needs
* Relational clarity work
* Email contact in between sessions
* Integration session to anchor your learning

Coaching at U Time is a process.
Lasting change asks for time, attention and continuity, which is why we work in dedicated trajectories of at least 8 sessions, ideally over several months. This allows space to slow down, understand patterns more deeply and integrate what shifts, rather than staying at the surface.
