Theme of the month: Anger

In my recent conversations with clients, one theme kept returning: anger.

In my recent conversations with clients, one theme kept returning: anger.

Anger is an emotion we often prefer not to show. We call it difficult, uncomfortable, unprofessional - or we push it away because we fear the consequences.

But anger is never just anger. It is a boundary. A signal.
A longing that wants to be heard.

Anger asks: What is being touched in me. Which boundary has been crossed. What am I trying to protect. What wants to be seen or heard.

And perhaps even more important: What can soften once it is finally acknowledged.

Anger is not an endpoint. It is a doorway.
